Our Story

     Pinecrest Christmas Tree Farm was founded in 1974 by owners Richard and Brita Soper. In the beginning, Mr. Soper would take customers on tractor rides to cut down their Scotch Pine, while Mrs. Soper was bundled up in her snowsuit with a measuring pole making the sales.

     Since then, the farm has expanded, adding several features to enhance the overall experience. Such features include tractor and horse-drawn wagon rides, a 3200 sq. ft. Christmas Shop, complimentary hot chocolate, and much more. 

​

     As time has passed, the next two generations of family have begun to help manage the farm. Richard and Brita's daughter Kris, son-in-law Craig, and two granddaughters Kaitlin and Haley ensure the farm is operating smoothly as the business continues to grow.

     Pinecrest Farms was founded on the value of family and has made it a mission to create a unique Christmas experience that will leave you and your loved ones with lasting memories.
